• The working platform height is vertically adjustable suitable for different diameter section fabrication.
  
• Welding station is able to use various kinds of welding method such as single wire / tandem twin SAW and so on.
  
• Complete & considerate safety measure, including safety fence, anti-fall device, anti turn-over device & whole electric safety measure.
  
• It can replace 2 to 3 welding column and boom welding manipulator.

Description:

• Gantry welding manipulator is used to manipulate the welding kits. It is able to position the weld torch to required position for welding in a stable and secure manner.
  
• Gantry adopts square pine and channel steel structure, process stress relieving, with strong and stable structure.
  
• Each of walking beams is driven by a motor reducer, forming a double-drive system, which makes the operation smooth and reliable.
  
• Flux recovery system is optional as per choice. Welding seam tracing, monitoring & other accessories available as per choice.
  
• The electric control system consists of one electric control box and pendant controller
